Laurie LaDow was outstanding to work with in regards to selling our home. She made the entire process very easy for us and was always available for our questions. Our home sold very fast with several offers and she offered excellent advice to help guide us through this process as we have never been through it before. She made it very clear from the beginning that she always had our best interest in mind. She also some great contacts in the inspections field which truly saved us after we received a grossly inadequate inspection report for our septic. She contacted her septic inspector immediately to re-inspect. Turns out we only needed a few repairs whereas the first inspector said we needed an entire new system. Without Laurie looking out for us this could have costed us thousands. We are so grateful we chose her to sell our home and we will be using her if we ever sell again in the future!

Sarah Dalton came highly recommended from a friend/colleague at Notre Dame to help me buy my first house. On a 10-point scale -- Laurie LaDow is an eleven. I have known Laurie personally for several years. I have also followed her sales record, because we knew we would eventually sell my mother-in-law's home. Laurie had the right combo for us and Cressy & Everett has a great reputation as well. Going in, we had a sense of the property value. The home is a villa/combo and there are plenty of comps. Our interest was getting the best price we could -- without being on the market very long, ideally less than 6 weeks. We went to contract about 48 hours after we put the house on the market -- and had competing bids. Laurie did a marvelous job negotiating and we made substantially more than we expected, in less time than we expected. You CANNOT beat that! Everything about our sale was perfect. I was particularly impressed with Laurie's research, pricing strategy, marketing, and negotiating skills. Just as important was how well Laurie worked with our family and how well she communicated with my mother-in-law as we prepared the home for sale. We are very happy customers. Our entire family will use Laurie for all of our real estate transactions and we will enthusiastically recommend her to everyone!

I was very pleased with all the hard work Laurie LaDow did for the sale of my house. (I didn't have a chance to work directly with Sarah Dalton). The sale of a historic house like mine is a difficult enterprise and needs a lot of understanding and patience. Laurie has these and many other positive characteristics.

Laurie and Sarah are amazing. We took a two-week honeymoon to Europe in the middle of buying our new house, and a one-week vacation out of state when our house was being listed and sold. Laurie was on vacation for a while as well. We NEVER had any problems with communication - the whole process actually felt EASY! Aside from rocking at the technical side of things, Laurie and Sarah consistently provided genuinely useful insights on individual homes, neighborhoods, strategies, etc, that really reflected their many years of experience. We're so grateful for all their help, patience, and wisdom in what would otherwise be a pretty overwhelming endeavor.
