I will definitely use Laurie and all the people that helped her out when I am ready to sell and buy again. I will certainly recommend her to out of towners to really acclimate them in a short time to South Bend and the surroundings. Not being in the same state while closing on the house would've been worrisome but I had full faith in Laurie and Sarah to guide the process so it went without any snags. I could sleep soundly at night during this whole process even though I was 1500 miles away!

Billie Limberopoulos has been fantastic throughout the home-buying process, and I'm grateful to have had the chance of working with her! I had no idea what to expect, and Billie has started by showing me a range of homes, patiently explaining both the positives and the negatives in each case. Once I made an offer, she helped me navigate the back and forth with the sellers, and was able to reassure me whenever I got nervous about some aspects of the transaction. Even after closing she was helpful and available to answer my many questions. Billie's advice, her kindness, her patience, and her availability have made the whole process a lot more pleasant. Overall I was very satisfied, and I couldn't have picked a better agent!

Billie is amazing, our purchase of a home was a little out of the ordinary as we are currently living thousands of miles from where we bought the house. Billie was very flexible and was able to show homes to us via video call. I had looked at a few houses with her while I was home on leave but then I had to go back to California. She pays a lot of attention to details and will not just sell someone any home to make a sale. She really cares about making sure the home is the right one and is very knowledgeable.

Searching for a first house is an exciting but nerve wracking and stressful experience, especially considering we were looking a handful of months into the Covid-19 pandemic. Billie made everything as fun and stress free as possible; you can't help but feel comfortable working with her. She makes it clear that her goal is to find you the right house, and she will work to make it happen. Billie is extremely knowledgeable of the area and was considerate of checking the (admittedly many) boxes I had for our home while staying within the price range we set for ourselves. There was a two week stretch when houses were not coming onto the market that excited us and we were considering settling for less than our dream house. Billie encouraged us to give it some time saying the perfect house will come along and I am so grateful for that because this house felt like home the first time we stepped in. We loved working with Billie, I cannot overstate it, she helped us land our perfect house in this very competitive market and we owe her so much. We would recommend working with Billie to anyone looking to purchase a house. We are always excited to recommend Billie to friends when they tell us they want to buy a house, she's the best!

I could not imagine a better home buying experience than with Billie. As a first time home buyer I was nervous and anxious, but Billie was able to walk me through each step of the entire process. She was patient and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to figure out what I was looking for and treated me like I was part of her family. She was always available to answer my questions and she stood by my side throughout all the negotiations once I found my house. Honestly one of the most patient and kind people I know. She worked hard to find me a good home. Even though we had so many hardships through low appraisals and issues needing to be fix from the inspection. Billie got me into the home I wanted. I'm definitely satisfied with her work and would recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

Saw a billboard or two, walked into the office, and Billie was there. Completely the wrong way to pick an agent. But she emailed me like she said, took the time to answer several questions, and I never looked back. Billie did it all. The seller’s realtor was also Cressey, and that made the transaction all the easier. I never felt I was being “sold” or “sold to” at all. Billie truly had my best interests in mind. In fact, she wrote up offers on properties that I later learned she didn’t like for me. During showings, especially virtual showings (long distance buyer + covid), she was forthcoming about concerning attributes she noticed. She did not want to sell a house. She wanted me to find the right house for me. I am grateful for Billie. I would recommend Billie without reservation, and I will be using her again when it becomes time to sell the charming house she helped me find and purchase.

Couldn't be happier with our experience with Billie. Super responsive and a great communicator, and was very patient with our requests. Could count on her to give an honest opinion and good advice during the whole home search and purchasing process. Really felt she cared about us as people.

I was an acquaintance of Billie’s in past years so I was excited to see her name when choosing a broker to find our new home. We were gone from the area temporarily and were eager to buy quickly. Billie took care of business quickly & efficiently during an unprecedented time and the earlier weeks of COVID. She took my parents to see a few homes, while I watched virtually from Virginia. I reached out to her mid-April and we were in our new home in May. Billie was wonderful to work with, exceeding all expectations of our crazy transition back to Indiana. Billie was incredibly helpful in selling my home. Despite the crazy circumstances and limitations set on us by COVID-19, Billie was knowledgeable, accessible, and creative in getting the job done. Not only did Billie do a great job in selling our home quickly, she also made the whole selling experience lighthearted and fun. Billie was an absolute joy to work with, and I cannot recommend her highly enough! She took all of our needs of a growing family with specific financial situation into account, provided so many opportunities and options, and worked hard to help us get the house we dreamed of. She was honest, open, and good humored, even with our three small children in tow. Even more impressively, she was patient with us and the sellers though the negotiation process. This is the third house I have purchased and Billie is by far the best broker I have had. She was on point every step of the way. My previous experiences with other brokers were good but I felt like they were just there to push the paperwork through. With Billie I felt that she was truly in our corner and looking out for us every step of the way. I just can't say enough on how awesome she was! 5 out of 5 stars!
